Shipping Policy

Thank you for choosing Wondret! Because every one of our stuffed animals is lovingly handmade to order, our shipping process is a little different than your average store. Please review our policy below to understand how your new friend will make its way to you.

 

Production & Processing Time

Because each item is handcrafted, please allow for a production lead time before your order is shipped:

• Standard Handmade Items: 5-10 business business days.

• Custom/Personalized Orders: 2-3 weeks.

• Note: Processing time is separate from the time it takes for a carrier to deliver your package.

 

 Shipping Rates & Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

• Domestic (US): Standard shipping typically takes 1-3 weeks once shipped.

• International: We Do not offer worldwide shipping at this time. Just within the United States

 

Damages & Issues

Wondret takes great care in packaging our handmade creations. However, if your item arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at wondretstudio@gmail.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis and will work quickly to make it right.

 

Returns & Exchanges

Due to the handmade nature of our products, we generally do not accept returns unless the item arrives defective. Please see our full Refund Policy for more details.
